Thank you Bruce. This was the load of deuces that dropped off at least one at Rapids. The one coming off the trailor is my SF deuce. While they had a Gobi beige auto, it would not have lit up the back up lights as most were not working on the 1st batch. I tend to think it was on an earlier delivery, or was a hold over from the 1st 125 as mine was a last 50 build.
Anyway, it was this ad, that I cut out of the paper and kept, that lead me to Rapids, and that deuce. I think maybe some of the rest, including another SF deuce went to western IA/NB. You can find them on the Hurst shipping order, and the dates look good. |
