Sadly, this appears to be a ZO6 judging by the master cylinder

----If this 63 is a tanker and the owner left modern fuel in it long enough the tank could have leaked and hit the exhaust. A friend with a well known Corvette resto shop was just talking about this a couple of days ago. He was up my way finalizing a stainless tank for a tanker. They found the tank unfixable and the owner said he didn't care about 36 gallons so they are building a slightly smaller tank with all the appropriate fittings and neck. Looking at the pic, it appears that the engine compartment is relatively untouched, which would make my thoughts possibly correct.
----I've heard of many boats with older fiberglass tanks around here that have had to do basicly the same thing!....Bill S
