My Friend Mark Stielow got the red 63 Splitwindow for his Wife. The silver 67 was traded toward the blue 67 Coupe that was posted earlier. The 56 and the green 63 were both traded for a stock 55 Chevy convert, red and white but I can't post pics till I get the window to open up that asks me what I want to do with the pics when I plug my camera into the computer. My daughter thinks I checked the box that says "don't show me this again". So now I am back in idiot land.

This thread was one of the great threads in all of car-forum land. But, all good things must come to an end. I'm curious to see a '55 rag worthy of the trade for the two Corvettes. Must be impressive.

Charlie: Get out there and score another group of bitchin' cars so we can do this all over again.

It is not that impressive but neither were those two Corvettes. The 55 just looked like alot less work. Until I sell the 55 and the 67 coupe I won't have to figure out just how much this quest cost me....But it was a ton of fun...

Well, the '56 and '63 deserve a nice resto. Hopefully they'll get it. What happened to the yellow '67?

Yellow 67 went to a local couple that have a 66 suvivor for the husband. The yellow AC car is for the wife.

Charley

Thanks for sharing the pics of the cars as found, those are just as fun or better than polished up cars.
