Sam,

Your math is pretty close. The last time I did it based on the daughter's info, I figured Mabel was about 57 years old when she bought the car. What a gal. I've got a standing offer to meet the daughter if I ever make it to North Carolina.

I did a title search through North Carolina DMV about 5 years ago and low and behold, they provided me with certified copies of the Certificate of origin and copies of the title to Mabel and the second owner. That is how I was able to track down the daughter.

I'll post a few more pix this weekend.

Cool Woj. Plan a trip to NC (lot's to do there). Betcha a nickel daughter will have pix of Mom and the 'velle.

I just noticed the dealer marker on the rear deck lid.
