I love this site but some of these people are hitting below the belt. Its like nobody new can play in our sandbox here !!

I'm gonna go out on a limb here Rich, and say a lot of the folks at that show were kicked out of our "sandbox" here...yet those same folks watch this sandbox closer than we do?! It's as if it's all they have to do, and just might explain their attitude...so consider the source.

We get and welcome new members here all the time? You don't even have to own a car, much less a Super Car.

Posts Just to sell things are Ok with me, you don't have to contribute to the discussions in order to buy or sell here.

This site includes 22 other forums other than the classifieds, try spending some time there you might learn something, or better yet contribute something.

I leave ALL that wisdom up to you guys who know ALL !!!

I've been coming to this site for quite a while and I have to say that I rarely see posts that are derogatory to others. The site coordinators do a great job of deleting that type of thing. With that said, I have also never seen a car that was thoroughly and honestly described torn apart either. I personally sold a car here last year and had a great experience. I did have a few folks tell me they had to have the car, would you consider payments, would you consider letting me sell it for you, I have a buyer etc, etc, etc. You have to expect that type of thing and determine who's really serious and who's not. Because of the great amount of expertise of all of the folks who come here, this is not the place to sell if you're holding back.

Rich you do a fine job selling cars for our members and it is appreciated. Also I agree that the first couple of posts were inappropriate. Where I disagree is how big of a issue it really is, or is perceived to be by you.

You have brought this point up before regarding how cars are torn apart in the sales forum. This may be uncomfortable to some sellers, and thats unfortunate, but for the most part the questions asked are fair and reasonable.

I don't feel this forum needs further moderating, but thats not my call. Possibly we could eliminate the classifieds altogether which has been done on other sites. I would suggest to those selling, who find the questions asked here too critical in nature that they set up their own website, or find another to sell their items.

Glad you had an enjoyable weekend.

(You have brought this point up before regarding how cars are torn apart in the sales forum.)

A lot of cars are deserving a good bashing. So that never has been my fight. I guess you wouldnt have said anything when you read the guys post and what followed. Since your stepping up now about what I wrote !!
I just came back from a multiple of shows in the last few months and the first time I come on here and I read THAT !!
Understand how I was set back by it and said something.
I was out at shows and WEARING my favorite(one of)shirt(SuperCar Reunion),people would say stuff to me and im telling them how this is great website. Then I read THAT !!
I was just telling them: Dont let a few J-offs ruin their day..

I see a LOT of cars and im the first to want to get to the TRUTH about the cars I see. And I know you know that about me !!
Please im done with this and let the guy sell his color changed car for way to much money...

Understand how I felt coming off the road and the first thing I read..
