To now answer your very first question:
NONE. How da ya like them apples [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] My research on the subject has shown that NO 66 Malibu SS's came with the 375hp and in fact, the only BB that was an option was the 360hp...not even the US version standard 325hp. NOW, that said....if one wanted a 325hp or 375hp for their canadian car, it would have to have been an "import" from US and the L-78 was not even available in US until mid Oct. 1965.
