Might be surprised. Labor laws may protect him from removal, as it was an "accident" and not willful behavior.

I was wondering about the settlement as well. The insurance lot page lists the value at $111,000, which was the high bid. He paid 5% to BaT and the shipping cost (which I would hope they refunded) plus he may have paid tax and license already.

Edit, I was just on the carriers website. They are company owned trucks, not leased O/O's. That is a big plus. Also, I copied this from their page... "Unrivaled $2,000,000 cargo coverage insurance on each of our trucks." Seems they should have the ability to pay for this in full.
