A bath was taken last night with plenty of Lava soap..Gas Monkey walked away from $330K in a reserve high bid for the 1967 Package deal for the Firebirds #1 and #2 at Vegas only to wait and sell last night for $255K.

That's just epic.

Who is the guy in the red and black shirt that shines the flashlight under the hood of every car. Looks like he carries a microphone.

Prices looked soft to me on numerous pedigree cars including the red 32K mile survivor L78 Nova that sold today. Take that and the 340 Scat Pak Challenger that also went cheap and it tells you the buyers just weren't there like they used to be. If I was a seller, I wouldn't be rolling anything across an unreserved block where Saturday PM holds the only promise of it getting a shot at the money.

I'd be headed over to Russo & Steele instead.

The one sale that got absolutely insane money was the Bitchin' Rides VW bus. $275k for a bus that was almost made up?

BTW, I'm pretty sure the Stan Falenski Nova once had the rear seats removed so the owner could haul their pony somewhere... Correct me if I'm wrong on that one!!

That Nova is simply awesome, everything about it - especially the color.
