Ousley is a native name from Eastern ky. Martin is 2 counties West of Ousley county. Martin is in Floyd county. That is not a highly populated area and running down family should be easy. Shawn, where are you located? Ky. Also has available records. If that engine is in ky. It may not be too hard to run down? Good luck and great score.

Numbers are good, we've had this car in the Registry for 10+ years. Car was in South Carolina - what happened to Barry Stumbo?
