Default Re: Clutch Recommendations

After tons of research, I've decided on the McLeod RXT. It's a twin disc street/strip clutch that does not take adjustment. Take it out of the box and install just as a regular single disc clutch. I also learned that the power rating on a clutch is at a 1:1 rolling bunch down scenario. An 600 hp rated clutch does not mean it will take a 600 hp motor dumping the clutch especially with slicks. I found for every clutch out there you will find good and bad reviews and guys that love and hate them. Talk to a clutch/transmission pro.

Hah-whos putting a clutch -- bad review without a clue! Experience installing the same clutch in same application -- works like a champ! Ya' can't fix stupid!!
