Is/was the black W-30 Conv. you guys are referring to that was owned by Tom Lambeck, the same black car that John Ebbs had? I'm unsure if the car Ebbs' has ever been restored; I think it was a documented car.

Not sure if Ebbs had a ragtop - I recall a black '72 post coupe - but it was one that was in the magazines almost 30 years ago owned by a guy from the Carolinas named Buddy Holt.

No - The black Ebbs car you are referring to is not the same one as the car in the MCACN photos. Also...did the Ebbs car have red stripes?? (can't remember...there were pics of that quonset hut showing a dusty black W30 convert at his place I believe).

Ebbs car was missing one "F" head and/or one red well from what i recall.
