I was told that there was only one Copo Black 69 that came out of the fremont plant. Is there any truth to this.

There is an excellent article on one black COPO built at a different assembly plant, possibly Freemont but I don't remember exactly. Arlington rings a bell.
My magazines are very disorganized otherwise I would go find it and scan it. Ryan
