Those fricken rodents piss me off. I use moth balls, all year round. In the ash trays, under the seats, in the trunk and crushed up at garage door openings. No mice problems past five years.

Although this is truely a unique find and with 8k miles it is quite a survivor, but is it just me in thinking the seller is just dillusional on the price it is listed at?

I would think that $40-$50k would be more realistic for this car. It is not a super car, not a low production car and nothing unique other than the mileage and unrestored condition.
