Not much down in the flats any more Sammy... Looks like a nuclear bomb went off down there.. It's really a shame too. The City could really develop and make that waterfront very nice... Now you run the risk of getting mugged if you go down there...

I couldn't agree more Rich...The Flats are a shame compaired to what they were...
 Glad to hear your moved in Phil! What a pain in the dupa eh? I knew I had a collection of junk, but I found out just how much crap I had come moving day.  Sam, if you make it into town..I'm sure we could all get together and watch the tribe lose again....LOL  Steve
