Doug , Did they reuse the cast iron intake? And Quadra jet?

The blue rs that was at the show a few years back had the cast iron intake. It was a loaded car also. Level One restored it

The conversion cars from 1967 and 68 are so much more different than what happened with Yenko Chevrolet in 1969

Hey John. Yes they reused the cast iron intake and the Quadra Jet......the (QJ) was 3 series part number in 67 ...In other words you ended up having three part numbers to choose from during the 67 calendar year

The parts look great as does the car itself. Frank does great work and I can't wait to stop by the shop to see it in person!

I have a question pertaining to the tag light for I believe the tag light is incorrect for your car and appears to be a 69 Style. Did you replace the original for a better one or is it the factory installed original. I thought all the 67 68 tag lights had a small tab or at least on all that I have seen.
