Well......An update, with all the snow and bad weather around here, the body shop that is painting the car is now backed up with collision work due to the weather......I should ?????? have the car back in 3-4 weeks......anyone see a pattern here....LOL.....Anyhow.......I'm just about out of things to do until the car comes back....I cleaned up the Exhaust manifolds and applied Calyx to them........The Intake was a mess so I Glass Beaded it and applied Eagle One Mag cleaner to it a couple of times after glass beading to get the Factory Skin look to it.....I should have taken a before and after pic, but heres a after one...After Glass Beading the Manifold appears a little too bright, the Mag cleaner is Sprayed on and it has a slight Acid Etch and bubbles like crazy.......after about 30 seconds you rinse with clean water....it takes a couple of applications to get a uniform finish, but when it dries off it has that Factory "Skin" look.......Here are some Pic's

Finished parts "Waiting"

After trying to clean the Grill after dis-assembly, as you can see in the first picture......the cleaner I used ate thru the Annodizing and it still didn't get all of the dis-coloration off the grill.....
I sent the upper and lower Grill sections out and had them......Stripped......Bright Dipped......and Re-Annodized......just got them back and re-applied the flat Black paint per factory......they turned out pretty good.....check out the pic's

Before

After

Careful! The chlorine from that Hot Tub will discolor the new grille!
