Registered and insured as of today. I have to finish up a few things and get it inspected, then work out some bugs. Hopefully it's nothing I can't fix? I will never buy another glass hood, I can tell you that much!

Thank you everyone for all the Awsome comments. I truly do appreciate all the kind words and help. This has been a long time project that is almost to total completion. I respect everyone that has done this, or does it for a living! This hobby is not something that is done over night or in a 30 minute tv show. This is a labor of love and not for the light hearted. Time and money! She may not be perfect, but it's my first nut and bolt and I am very proud of what I have accomplished, especially from all the friends that I have made over the years on this site! I know that if anyone sees this car, out at shows or on the road, they will know that NovaJed is behind the wheel! Or someone stole it and in that case, CALL THE COPS!

Don't be afraid to come say hello if you see me, well namely the car, but I shouldn't be too far away!

Thanks again Yenko.net for all the info and support on this build! Time to enjoy it!

The cars are 30% of it all, but the other 70% has become more about who is behind the wheel.

PS, somehow I saved history and something from the crusher? Think about it.

Ok, so I have just about 200 miles on it thus far, and tore up a repro alt belt. 300 more miles to go before I readjust the valves and take it to Maple Grove! Well, maybe I need radials first? But I think this one will be faster than the last. Who has a helmet I can borrow?

Slicks on some Nova friendly whees and a helmet. You say when and where. This car is overdue for some action shots and a vid. Gonna run it at Atco in a few weeks too, right?

Ok, so I had a trans leak and narrowed it down to a bad yoke or seal. Turns out, the bushing wasn't in all the way. Not my doing and the needle and seat got stuck, which left me sit. Nothing $8 and 5/8 wrench and a screwdriver couldn't fix. Had it been 18 years ago, I would be flipping out.
Plowman helped with an "over the phone" alignment and we weren't 2 tenths of a degree out from the computer. Toe was out, but I knew that.

Rev-Pol coil is mounted securely to the firewall too.
Manually shifting the automatic proved to make the car run quicker and I broke the detent cable adjusting it. Live and learn I guess? A new one is on the way!

Looking forward to seeing this thing in action. This Sunday at ATCO, right?

No action. Just there, weather depending.
