Default Location Question

I'm curious about two statements made in this article.
..."Gibb opened his dealership in 1948 in the rural town of LaHarpe,Il. about 250 miles southwest of Chicago."

Later it goes on to say..

..."Fred built a new dealership in the early 1960's and pretty much paid the dealership off through their racing activities."

Did Fred move to a brand new location when he built his new dealership in the early 1960's,or did he just rebuild on the same property he had bought previously in 1948?
If the former, where was that location compared to the later?

Fred built a new building on the edge of town. His org. building was and is in the middle of town.

I'll pick up one at a Barnes & Noble or Borders. First time Hemmings has failed me, (unless someone in the faultless USPS is 'Holding" it for me!) Had to be THIS issue!

Just checked the exp date on my Feb issue: 06/01/09
