A good hi-temp wheel bearing grease is all that you need. Lube the worm gear with gear oil, fill the box with the wb grease, and call it good ....

I'm giving all my secrets away .... dang .....

Just a side note, at re assembly, put some thread sealer on the threads of the large cast end cap.
This will keep that ever appearing drop of oil from forming
