'67 Fairlane XL 427 R code

Of the 72 R code XLs built this is the only Vintage Burgundy with Saddle interior. Sold new in Sacramento CA. 11K miles with much original paint and dry. Car was drag raced and has brackets welded on for a tow bar. Original sheet metal with no evidence of damage. Needs a total resto but has NOS part for resto. The parts with this car would be nearly impossible to find today. They were gathered over a 30 year span and alone would bring 10s of thousands. Bumpers, carbs and trans already done. I'll try to get some pics up the first of the week. The block is a correct virgin block, not a service type with the ribbed skirts. All engine parts, many NOS, including crank, rods, pistons, pan, heads, manifolds, dist, breather etc.
