![]() ![]() ![]() That's all folks.... Can some of you Corvette experts let me know what this car is really worth, I think I know about as much as the owner about what it's value is. Just trying to learn and if anyone is interested I will hook them up. It is a nice car, if that is what you are looking for.

If it's been "scuffed sprayed and polished" it is not a survivor, only a nice original car with a repaint. Try to explain to the guy he has been paying way too much for the rest of the cars in his stable and sorry, but he needs to realize that you dont add the values of all ten of his cars together to find a total price and then divide by ten to find your selling price of one of them. It's a 40 to 60K car with nice documentation, nothing more.

I agree it is not a "survivor" due to the paint work. Had that not been done it would have qualified. The guy claims he really doesn't know what it's worth. I don't as I am no Corvette expert, but I want to learn more in case I do stumble across a deal someday. I believe the guy will take a reasonable offer because he must have a general idea of what it is worth. Especially since he picked it up at an estate sale only two years ago. I am just trying to determine what it's really worth, calling all Corvette experts. So far I'm hearing around $50K. If nothing else I might make him a low ball offer, you never know....

Realistically... you have to look at it from a driving stand point. Its a killer driver. Bottom of the car is dirty, paint is not great, interior has its minor flaws and engine compartment has been fluffed. The best thing about this car is that there is no hesitation to drive it. With a convertible to boot, what is going to stop you? The other plus is the colors, 4spd and paperwork. A smogged up 300hp is no L-71 435hp beast, but its enough power to have fun. I would say leave it up as is, or maybe clean the engine compartment, maybe not. Drive it. When you're bored, sell it. You cannot go wrong with a mid-year Vette, especially a '67 convertible. I've seen frame off restored '67 300hp convertibles with Duntov awards for $150,000+. Drivers at low end are around $35,000. This car will sell all day long at $45-$50k+.
I hope I did not bore anyone... ![]() ![]() -Dan
