Haven't had bias ply tires in a long time, but the flat spots disappeared after a short drive. It was never a permenent problem.

Chevelleless after 46 years......but we did find a low mileage, six speed, silver 2005 Corvette. It will just have to do for now.

We let our cars sit for extended periods on the bias plys, and I hardly notice any flat spots...unlike the *allegedly* round pieces of junk rubber on my daily driver truck! Every morning they "thump-thump-thump" on my way up the hill to work...
