Just about all Day 2 cars had air shocks, my car had them in the 70s, and the car I have now has them. I liked them then.......like 'em now.

Tom........get yourself some new air shocks and have fun.

Air Shocks.....figured it's better to start with brand new stuff, then mess with this 35 year old junk. They were only $75.00 including tax....I will put them in without extensions and that should do it.

Going to the mts.....wilma

If the air shocks dont suit you I would recommend AIR LIFT brand air bags. They were around in the Musclecar era and they are still around today. I have them installed on a 2005 Toyota Tundra TRD 4X4 that has 1200 lbs in bed at all times and the rear sagged horribly and the ride quality was about the same as every dip bottomed out on the snubber bumpers. Installed these and the ride quality and handling is restored and they can really jack the rear end up without the HARSH ride of maxxed out air shocks as I remember in the mid 70s. Just a Thought.
