Dyno time for the 321 block.
I used the origional distributor and then put electronic in the old distributor. What a differnce in Hp and tork. At 3800 rpm with the Petronix ign it made 435.9 FT/LBs and 315 hp, at 5900 rpm it made 382.9 FT/LBS and 430.1 hp. Put on the points dist and at 3800 rpm it made 413.4 FT/LBS and 299 hp. At 5400 rpm 363.3 FT/LBS and 373.5 HP.If I only knew this info back when I was hangin gears at the TREE. suprss70 suprss70 |
