Keith,
Keep it for your Estate...they'll love you for your planning ahead! That's what I'm doing. As for my 2 cents...I saw alot of people pay ALOT of money for cars that I would have NEVER thought would go that high (ie: Firdbird Convertible) I think Craig Jackson, who is just a car salesman, when you think about it, creates the emotions for these folks to go wack-o when the "lights are on" NO QUESTION.......not prime-time sales were some decent deals. i would never buy there.....BUT sure as hell ship my car to Scottsdale from Jersey to sell there! It was quite an event. Check out me and the guy from "Pinks" bullshitting about his show! Jeff ![]()

[ QUOTE ]
the whole concept of market value reflected by sale prices becomes meaningless. [/ QUOTE ] There were a few goofy sales...but there is no real market value that I care about for Futureliners anyway which was the real eye popper...the concept cars are historical stuff that should bring idiotic money. I thought the Bonneville was reall a great piece of work...the darn Banshee went cheap... All the other stuff is just buy what you like, pay what you are comfortable with or as much as your wife will let you !! There was a lady who bought a Minter restored T Bird that was so excited , they wanted that thing bad...and now they are probably smiling, popping Viagra and cruising again. Can't fault them for that. Everywhere you look you have friggin chicken flu pandemic talk, terrorist crap...may as well have a good time. ![]()

the yenko s are unreachable the real ones, especially the 69 novas.if you have a 69 nova yenko you can name your price.we bought one for 250,000 three years ago and its untouchable right now.we went over to russo and steele and bought the clone friday night.if you put the two next to each other which wont be for a couple of weeks if would be very difficult to tell if you werent up on these cars.the clone is absolutely perfect enen with the 69 heads.so those sitting on a yenko congrats its money in the bank.the clones are going to go for 6 digits.
GOOD LUCK |

Restoring a car today is to say the least very verry expensive especialy a rare car.If you want to restore it
to exact build sheet specs get even more money ready. I am restoring my 68 camaro to the specs it was modified to in 1968 with a 427 425 hp m22 488s.If I told you how much it is costing me you would be shocked. However I cant beleive how much the auction got for some of the cars even the clones were out of reach .What the heck is going on and are we experiencing the resurgents of the square canon ball syndrom suprss70 |

Jeff,
First, I need to know are you running golf carts for Pinks? As you may know, I live in a golf course community and have my own Club Car cart. Since you know me, it will not suprise you to find out I put a biger motor in it and it now does about 30 MPH. Still want to run for golf cats pinks? ![]() By the way, you look the same as 15 years ago. It must be that VP fuel you have been breathing. |
