I've got a fast question for everyone. The build date is
the 3rd week of February 1970, but the rear has an assy.
date of October 16th, 1969. This is four months before the
build date of the car.

How out of kilter is this according to the norms?

Hi Marlin,

Any idea as to why a rear assembly would be so far out of
the build window? How were these components selected for
assembly back in the day anyhow?

I have a question about the rear axle code that I will post
below. We'd like your input on this if possible.

This is the condition the car was purchased in ( racing form ).
