The year was 1982 and it was in the outo trader
I went up on spec because the pic of the car did not show the cowl hood. As soon as I saw it it blew my mind and bought it for 3450. Canadian with an extra 12 bolt posi 70 z rear end. The car was grey. I was just looking for a 70 ss big block as it turned out I found the two build sheets in the back seat which had never been taken out IT WAS A L78 car, talk obout LUCK EH! Peter |

Within a 5 miles radius of Omemee there was your L78 Chevelle, a '70 L78 el Camino, an L79 '66 Chevy II, and two COPO Chevelles. Oh yes and Neil Young. Not bad for such a little town.
