This may sound kind of cheesy but to remove drip rails I have used an old bottle opener to slowly peel it of the gutter....worked pretty good !!

pliers with duct tape wrapped around the teeth..........worked well for me .........just take little bites (((((((short lenghts )))))))if it tweaks it gets "spider cracks" so go slow!!! the nova door mouldings are real tough to find in good shape ......seems like the door moulds all have coat hanger gouges on them
