Look in the past feature cars...there is a handsome black 427 Chevelle there with 1970 TT T-70 wheels and redline radials...8 1/2 rear...7 front. Nice Elky Charley..very nice !! Hey Frank...only RePop TT's are like belly buttons...not vintage ones.

i agree, vintage torq thrusts are far from belly button wheels...Straight spoke torq thrusts are tuff to beat IMO. If you DO find a set of old ones, be careful with 14's if you have disc brakes up front... I have had several sets that would not clear the front caliper brackets. Here's a close-up example of a straight spoke, "old school" torq thrust... too cool!

Ed, you are Correct!! I think this picture is from the Chevelle Convention in Shamberg, Ill. The Chevelles need deep dish wheels because of their big fender wells. Nice Picture. Mark

I'll go with Charley's advice, painted steelies with dogcaps and red stripes

Me too. TT's are great, especially the vintage ones but it's hard to beat steelies and dishes on Black.

Sinister Stealth! Let the car speak for itself.

That does look tough...I saw Charley scarf up all those white fans at Vettefest a few years back.
