Default Re: Carb Restoration recommendations ?

Hey Charley, as I posted in an earlier Holley restore/rebuild thread, I had my 4053 List gone through by C&J Engineering in Sante Fe Springs. Functionality and appearance are top notch. The car runs/idles perfectly. Had it recolorized and EVERY piece part was also replaced in their process. When I picked it up, I asked John, "what am I supposed to do with this, put it under glass on a pedestal?" In my opinion, as good as art. But they are not cheap, and they are not (real) fast. Just good. REALLY good (in my opinion). And they are here in SoCal, down by me.

Bob Kunz has done a number of carbs for me. He did the tri-power set up on my 68 435 Corvette.
