Isn’t it, all Pattern Judge Stick cars had Hood Tachs but only some Autos…so if for sure a Pattern Judge but No Hood Tach, it must be an M40 car? ![]() ![]() .

It seems like every time someone tries to pin down an 'absolute' option list for a pattern Judge (the first 1000 cars) an exception pops up. Yes, the "rule" is no hood tachs on M40 cars, but...you know what they say about rules. muscle collector also has the experience of owning multiples of just about every high-performance Pontiac ever made, so never say never I guess.
