VIN is still riveted to a piece of the original dash so it could be, carefully, welded in and retain original rivets...Guy is a dirt bag..."collectors docs" my butt.

Is this Mike Kiendzior, another trickster who rides the car world fringe helping others w/ legit parts while also openly displaying greed and/or stupidity by engaging in fraudulent activities? He listed a new batch of trim tags with the VIN tags included. I see 12 listings with the VIN tags shown in the pictures. He is very careful how the ads are worded. I have reported the 72 Monte Carlo SS one a few times and also reported the newly listed ones but eBay hasn't done anything. Maybe a call to the local police may help

I believe the Justice Department is now responsible for VIN enforcement. Maybe they would be interested, if someone emailed all the auctions he has going...
 With his careful wording to eliminate any reference to a vin and hide behind his "collectors" description, ebay doesn't seem to give a damn.
