I wouldn't say it's 100%, but pretty sure.
That picture appeared in the USCC magazine asking about a hood stripe that was on a SS396. Then the Courtesy window sticker appeared with a COPO stripe listed. Connecting the dots....

Honestly, I've been a fan of the color for years as I tend to prefer softer golds. The fact that it tends to be among the rarest for muscle is a nice cherry on top.
