That kit should be OK with the driving you do.
I wouldn't install the roller pilot bearing, but that is just my experience.

Luk makes a nice set up for what you want. Easy push pressure plate (feels like a stock set up) and not expensive. Have one in my Z/28 for over 4 years now. Never an issue.
