However even today a car gets billed to the purchasing GM dealer and all of the paperwork shows that dealer, dealer trades do not get new build sheets or new window stickers and for that mater neither do drop ship/courtesy deliveries, paperwork all shows original purchasing dealer. Your paperwork show a different dealer than the GM records, that is an issue.

I have a few 1969 SS Chevelle buildsheets here,and none of them look anything close to his...the font,the coding,the verbage,the spacing..

So does this mean your PoP and invoice are also in question as you said right back at the beginning they too support the same dealer details on the build sheet?
