Wayne chose not to put the boots to him and Al &amp; some others jumped in and broke it up. The rules are that you can save one spot adjacent to your car for a friend. The rules get stretched a lot of the times and as long as it is not busy security will pretty much over look it. </div></div>

Yup, that is pretty much what I heard, but with more detail.

Truth be told, I did not know about the space saving rule.
