These shields are funnel shaped. I have also seen round tubed shaped shields. Can anyone identify on what engines the funnel shaped shields (like the ones on this &quot;L89&quot were used?

those funnel shaped shields look like the ones that were used on big block trucks in the 80's and 90's. they fasten using the manifold bolts.

How does a car go through such a high level restoration and the grill emblem is installed upside down?
