The last thing I tought I would be doing was defending poser bars, especially since my only exposure has been looking at them on cars I've never been in. That said, do the help in any way to control wheel hop?

yes they help wheel hop ,,,,on low hp or small engined cars,,,, kinda budget bars

Yes they help with wheel hop but a couple of clamps work just as good when compared to "poser bars".
