Kinda missing, but not, is the 69 LM1 Convertible (Bob Johnson Racing Ent) that Joe Delorenzo broke several records with. That car is known to still be raced today by the Lucas team. I chatted with them about the car and they seemed to not really care about the historical connection...... And did'nt want to sell the car!

I've heard the chained to a pole story, as well. Sometimes it's the 69, sometimes it's the 70.

Another one was/is Joe Oldham's Motion Camaro, which I think was stolen from his house.

Also, the Hurst Nova seemed to disappear pretty early in its life.

I thought the 1967 Granada Gold Motion Chevelle had been found and is being restored in the Northeast?

Still a lot of cars out there to be discovered.

----Mike,,,I remember that building well. Bought my 72 Trans Am right out front from Bill K in 1973. It was his wifes driver for several months but still only had a couple of thousand miles on it. Popped on a set of Daises I already had later that day (day 1?). Then later that year I went over and bought a 73 GMC El Camino. It served its purpose, but I never liked it much. Bill was a pretty decent guy and easy to deal with.......Bill S
