Sorry for the delay.
I got these slides when I bought some parts & memorabilia from a Calif. man about 10 years ago. He said his uncle sold new cars there and these were a snippet of his work place that he took. All 11 slides are dated October 1969. I have a battery operated hand held slide viewer, but they don't show up to well on a digital camera. These are much fuller of vivid colors & details when you see them in person. ..Sign board under BAHER CHEVROLET sign in last slide reads "70 NOVA LOADED $2487,ALL 69 DEMOS MUST GO!" |

![]() Just fantastic pics Rick, thanks again for sharing these! First thing I noticed was the 2 Dr. Wagon on the used lot also the high stance of the '66 B-body Wagon w/ dog caps sitting out front of the Parts bldg. Nice Nova in front of the '70 Impala also note the two '69 'Velles in the same shot, one red and the other maybe Marina Blue? The way the sun's hitting the wheels of the '69 Camaro make them look larger like 18's also is that a '67 SS beside it too? What's parked sideways in front of the '62, looks smaller somehow but is it a '70 'Velle white w/ black hat? Lots more to see but what a clean and attractive operation...sure would be nice to step through the portal and walk around for a closer look! ~ Pete

In which slide do you see a '65 2 dr. wagon?
Yes that's a marina blue Chevelle. Does look like a '67 camaro with vent windows. Is a 307 white 70 Malibu in front of the '62. The 7th photo I posted shows a couple approaching a golf cart,to I imagine survey the lot. |

![]() I should've looked closer, you're right and the '65 Wagon's a 4-door after all. In the shot w/ the '62, the building's such a clean and recent looking style that if you parked 2014 cars out front it'd be hard to believe the place is pushing 50 years old. Thanks again for sharing Rick! ~ Pete

It hasn't changed much since 69 if the link works, notice they still have the same spot lights from 1969.
