I used Battery tenders for 25+ years until it fried a car battery and almost caused a fire. Now I use this and it works better then a Tender and it built much better. No comparison.. Id never go back to a tender again

http://www.geniuschargers.com/shop/G1100 </div></div> Might be something to this. One of my Battery Tenders was charging a battery ( unsuccessfully, I might add) and the housing of the BT was so hot it burned my hand when I picked it up.
