Eddie, that fits better with my memory. As said, I remember ads in the Pgh paper for engines (or short blocks, I don't remember...been over 40 years)

WOW...I did not even think about having both engines! Think that might add to the value? LOL

Great thread and thanks for the help...I have another mission I am also on with regards to the VIN. There is a list on this site that reflects (33) of the 68' VINs but I understand there to be 64+ built for the model year. Is there a list that anyone knows of that has more VINs?
