They were in 69. I have one here on the shelf stamped with a VIN out of a 69 Nova.

I can't think of anything that would be different whether the M22 was behind an L78 4.10 geared Chevelle or a COPO. Our car came with the M20.

Chevelleless after 46 years......but we did find a low mileage, six speed, silver 2005 Corvette. It will just have to do for now.
