I have one from a swap meet years ago with CZ and 6487699 on the side of the silk screen and there are 2 silk screens. It's pretty black so hard to take a photo. Any clues on what year?

I cleaned it up some with some gas and manual labor.

Martin...That's a 1973-74 Z/28 <span style="text-decoration: underline">ONLY</span> Camaro air cleaner base.



&quot;CP&quot; was an open element air cleaner.Same as &quot;SS&quot; code.

Sorry for jumping in on the O/P. Thanks for the info. Any idea why they would have two codes for open element cars. I have seen SS codes on other L78's and LS6 sheets as well as L34 cars. These are the only two I have with the CP.

I've seen it on a scarce few.No idea..it's an anomaly,as the vast majority used &quot;SS&quot;.
