I can't tell you how many times I stopped to stare at the AMC display, then walked away smiling & thinking, "I'm drooling over 'Ramblers'!" Does anyone know who it belongs to, if it is one of the original 52,and any other details? I was really "hot" on these a few years back and chased a few all over the country. I have an acquaintance that has two of the originals now, but I can't afford them. Thanks, DandyDon </div></div> DandyDon; we actually hosted THREE of the real-deal documented SS/AMX's; Larry Weymouth's Rodekauf car, (recently purchased from the original owner), another owned by Tom Abrams, (one of the earliest produced) and another recently acquired, that was owned by the same guy showing the Rebel Machine. See 'em at MCACN! Bashton MCACN Managing Member |

Did they have any 1973 AMC Hornet "X" Hatchbacks at the show? I owned one and out of the factory the car had a 360 V-8 with a 727 Torqueflite transmission. The car was light in weight and fast with a few modifications.
