Lynn, the POP address in Lakewood, Ohio is a valid address for the supposed original owner... I am very familiar with this Cleveland suburb.. However, I have never heard of the name on the POP and I am certainly not authenticating same.. It could indeed be a fake.. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img]

Evans Chevrolet is in fact real.. I believe it was Rick (Mr 70) who stated in a previous thread about this car that he remembered seeing an Evans Chevrolet decal on this car at one time which would most likely mean it in fact was sold from there...

Not saying this is the case. But this wouldn't be the first time a doc faker has gone to great lengths to make docs look legit.

I seem to remember Larry stopping by Frank Magallion's &quot;Hvychvy&quot; place when he was taking the car home after picking it up. Larry called me about it a couple of times just to ask some questions, and shoot the bull. Maybe Frankie has some insight on it.

I blew up the picture of the POP....Compared it to my known original POP....The CHEVY logo does not look quite right.

Lynn, there is a 1309 Ethel. If you Google the address you can zoom in on an actual picture of the home. It is a duplex and 1307 is directly next door... There is only 1 Ethel in Lakewood... My buddy is a Lakewood PD officer and he confirmed same...

Yes, Grady's COPO Chevelle is an Evans sold car...
