Okay, we have to wait for the agents answer anyways.
John, good to hear from you. There is only one existing contract, and this is the one between my brother and the agent. I don't have the contract yet but I'm interested what exactly it says...

A ZZ3, if I remember correctly, has aluminum heads. They are not pictured in the ad. That would be a red flag for me.
