Below is an example of him posing as a unhappy customer, when really he is discrediting/bashing a competitor of his (Steve Gregori www.brakeboosters.com )for self gain. BTW Steve provides excellent plating and is very easy to deal with.

Used Steve before and we were not happy. Too much gold and too polished, looks more like jewlery than a car part. Hard to deal with too.

An example of bashing someone on another site simply because they support the sYc, in this case Steve Sandlin. BTW, a true car enthusiast.

Guess who called me to ask about a value on the car before he posted it for sale. S. Sandlin.

Steve S. flipped it and really made out well with a grand slam.........well over $150K profit. Think it was sold for $300K.

IMO, Very a unprofessional way to conduct one's business.

Wow! I am not liking what I am reading! There is a complete explanation behind Steve and the sale of his cars but that is NOT for public discussion. If some knew the whole story they would be very embarrassed by those kinds of remarks. What Steve did was very noble and not what most would have done in the same situation.

No need to edit or remove, S.Sandlin put others first and sold some cars - a true car guy knows his priorities!

Amazing how low some people will go to promote themselves and for a little attention. Judging from my dealings with him I can't say that I am suprised. I don't see how anyone can trust someone who missrepresents themselves

Wow...that's a pretty low thing to pull. I do know that a friend of mine that used him to inspect a 69 Z 6 or 7 years ago since it was out of his area. The report he got back was that the Z was pretty beat and he should pass on it which surprised him because the car looked good in the pics and the write up had things listed correctly. So based on the report and site inspection he passed on the car....then found out 2 weeks later that the person in question, who he hired, provide a false report on the Z in question and bought it out from under him. The guy was some kind of ticked off and still is to this day...... I guess a "Z"ebra doesn't change their stripes.

Some of those old battles between him and Jeff at Dated Components in the classified parts section of Hemmings were crazy, he used to buy half a page column just to air it all out, nuts.
