The Central Office Production Order (COPO) was actually ued to order vehicles such as police cars, meter maid vehicles, etc. It was the clever others who hijacked the process for what we associate it with today. One statement that I remember "the COPO process was used to create some of the most mundane vehicles in existance, as well as some of the wildest"

I would like to know what you painted your frame, rear end and brake drums with on the biscayne, or what else would you recommend.
