Core support is basically all back together after powder coating, NOS bushings, regulator, & horn relay. I won't be able to install it all together. I just wanted to show what a fully dress a/c core support looked like. Upper seal isn't made correctly. Found a used upper seal years ago..Joe

I spent some of yesterday doing the first glass adjustments. It's real close. The final adjustment will follow after headliner, windlace, & roof rail metal is in place for the last time. I had a couple of brackets wrong inside the doors so that took a little time. Today I laid out some of the NOS parts that I would use today. Installed vertical seal & outer window seals (fuzzies). Also installed the "U" shaped rubber pieces in the door jams.

Great shot of a non RS setup for the horn relay, voltage reg and washer bottle mounting.
Straight on pic is hard to get of that when its in a car. Everything looks great so far.

Hi Tom. Thank you. The upper seal I found in one of the yards years ago. Strangely, I don't remember it coming off a Camaro. The seals on the ends of the extensions are still originals. I bead blasted them. Since they're rubber, it doesn't really hurt them. I have the seals for the radiator top & bottom also (not pictured). They're new that I got off e-bay. If you need more information, let me know....Joe

In reference to the bracket shown resting on the roll of Blue shop towels (spot welded to the lower valence in the center)
There is a painting note in the AIM UPC 11/13 SHEET B6. (MASK BRACKET WHEN PAINTING VALENCE PANEL) Pretty sure the bracket should be black flow coat primer.

I saw that also but at the time the car was painted I couldn't find any evidence of this on survivor cars I observed. Would be easy to do if I could find one known original sample. Do you know of any? Thank you, Joe
